One of our Youth and Community Workers, Tanya Ornsby, has gained a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care! Tanya has been with us for over 10 years at AYCC, initially as a young volunteer, and now a paid member of staff. She has worked incredibly hard to achieve her diploma whilst juggling her work, studies, and personal life.
AYCC would really like to celebrate this fantastic achievement with Tanya, in addition to her great work as a project lead overseeing the After Schools Club and delivering projects, including Auckland Street Games, Detached Youth Work, and the Shildon Youth Initiative.
Everybody at AYCC is ecstatic at the news and incredibly proud of Tanya’s success! We wish her all the best for her future endeavours and, as an organisation, AYCC will continue to support Tanya and her colleagues in future growth and development.
